Sven Rudolph

Sven Rudolph has extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as Stellvertretender Teamleiter in Investment Planning and Controlling for North & Central Europe at PIMCO Prime Real Estate since May 2017. Previously, Sven held multiple roles at Allianz Real Estate Germany from December 2007 to March 2019, including Stellvertretender Teamleiter in Real Estate Accounting and Capital Management, as well as Capital Manager and Referent im Controlling. Sven's educational background includes a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (2002-2006), a qualification as Kaufmann der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft from Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin Hohenschönhausen (1999-2002), and a Fachhochschulreife in Bautechnik from Oberstufenzentrum Bautechnik II (1996-1998). Additionally, Sven serves as Geschäftsführer der AZ ATLAS Verwaltungs-GmbH.
