Daniel Pena

Daniel Pena, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and data reporting. Since May 2019, Daniel serves as Vice President and Manager of HR Operations at PIMCO. Prior to that, Daniel held various leadership roles at Allianz Asset Management from July 2009, including Vice President and HR Data & Reporting Manager. Earlier career positions include Payroll Specialist at Toyota, Payroll Manager at Allianz Global Investors, Payroll Administrator at St. John Knits, and Guest Service Lead at The Walt Disney Company, showcasing a strong foundation in payroll and HR functions. Daniel holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Management degree, both from the University of Phoenix.
