Currently serving as Senior Vice President at PIMCO since 2011, Kapil has played a pivotal role in ESG technology, focusing on data management, governance, and integration into portfolio management. Prior positions include Vice President roles overseeing client and regulatory platforms and ESG strategy, where Kapil led significant projects such as developing unified transaction cost analytics and enhancing ESG reporting capabilities. Previous experience includes managerial and consulting roles at Estee, Royal Bank of Scotland, and BrickRed Technologies, where Kapil developed various trading systems and led technology teams.
