Kate Botting

Kate Botting, CFA, CAIA, serves as Senior Vice President and Product Strategist for Real Return at PIMCO since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Franklin Templeton Investments from October 2018 to May 2022 as Vice President of Product Management, and at BlackRock as Vice President of US ETF Product Development for a brief period in 2018. Kate first joined PIMCO in January 2006, progressing from Supervisor/Compliance Analyst to Vice President and Product Manager. Earlier experience includes an internship at the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2005. Kate Botting earned an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management (2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley (2005).
