Labhaoise Buckley

Labhaoise Buckley is an accomplished professional in talent development and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Global Head of Campus Recruiting and Talent Development at PIMCO since August 2019. Prior roles at Barclays Investment Bank included leadership positions such as Head of Leadership for Barclays International and Organizational Development Partner for global markets, where Labhaoise designed impactful diversity initiatives and sponsorship programs. Earlier experience encompasses consultancy at Work Psychology Group and learning and development roles at BlackRock. Labhaoise holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin.
