Luis Otavio O.

Luis Otavio O. is an accomplished executive in business development with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at PIMCO since June 2012, Luis has also held the titles of Senior Vice President and Vice President in the same organization. Prior to PIMCO, Luis worked at Banco Itaú as the Head of International Business Development for Latin America from March 2008 to June 2012. Earlier experience includes positions in international institutional sales at ABN AMRO Asset Management from February 2007 to March 2008. Luis holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo, earned between 2001 and 2004, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution obtained from 1996 to 2000.
