Matt Spring, CFA, currently serves as an ESG Research Analyst at PIMCO since September 2025, having previously spent over seven years at Jefferies in various roles including Senior Associate and Associate in Sustainability and Transition Strategy, and Fixed Income Sales Support Analyst, after starting as an Equity Sales Support Associate. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Elon University, where studies were complemented by diverse internships that laid a strong foundation in financial analytics and corporate strategy.
