Sean Loftus has a strong background in accounting and finance, starting as an Audit Intern at Mitchell and Titus, LLP in June 2010 and KPMG in June 2011. Following this, Sean served as an Audit Senior Associate for KPMG US in the New York Financial Services sector from August 2012 to June 2017. Sean transitioned to Ellington Management Group as an Accounting Manager until October 2018, after which Sean held the position of Vice President at Benefit Street Partners from November 2018 to December 2024. Currently, Sean serves as VP-Fund Controller at PIMCO, beginning in December 2024. Sean holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Baruch College, attained from 2011 to 2012.
