Adam Fanello, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam began their career at BYU Treasury Services as a Procurement Card Auditor from January 2005 to April 2007. Later, they joined Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager from September 2007 to October 2012, where they led audit engagements for both public and private companies across different sectors. Since October 2012, Adam has been associated with The Wolff Company, starting as an Assistant Controller until December 2013, then transitioning to the role of Fund Controller from January 2014 to December 2020. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Fund Controller at The Wolff Company, starting from January 2021. In this role, they are responsible for financial and investor reporting for nine private equity real estate funds and ensures compliance with all fund and General Partnership organizational documents. Adam also coordinates independent appraisals and manages marks to market for Class A multifamily properties and the credit portfolio of preferred equity and mezzanine loan assets.

Adam Fanello, CPA began their education in 2000 at Brigham Young University, where they pursued a degree in an undisclosed field of study. Adam continued at the same institution and obtained a Master's of Accountancy in 2007, specializing in the professional field.
