Serina Lim

Serina Lim is an experienced HR executive with a strong background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as EVP and head of APAC and Global Benefits at PIMCO since March 2016, Lim has held various senior HR positions, including EVP, Head of HR APAC & EMEA. Prior to PIMCO, Lim worked at Goldman Sachs in Human Capital Management and held multiple leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on HR for corporate, institutional, and market banking across the APAC region. Lim's career also includes a significant tenure at Standard Chartered Bank as Head of HR for Financial Markets globally and at J.P. Morgan as Vice President of Human Resources. Lim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Statistics from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Luton.
