Xiaotong Ding

Xiaotong Ding is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at PIMCO, specializing in Systematic Fixed Income, particularly in Credit and Macro, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Xiaotong served as an Option Market Making Quant at Cutler Group, LP, focusing on Equity Option High Frequency and Mid Frequency Alpha Research from February 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as a Quantitative Analyst at Citi, where responsibilities involved Equity Derivative and Equity Option Market Making from March 2020 to February 2021. Academically, Xiaotong holds a Master of Science in Mathematics in Finance from New York University and has studied theoretical and mathematical physics at the Stevens Institute of Technology, where a Bachelor of Science in Physics was also obtained, along with an additional Bachelor of Science in Physics from Shandong University.
