Dr. Olivia Farschtschian-Malik

Dr. Olivia Farschtschian-Malik currently serves as a Partner at pims.ai, where the focus is on predictive analytics and organizational transformation. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Malik (formerly Management Zentrum St. Gallen) from 2005 to 2022. Dr. Farschtschian-Malik holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Alpen-Adria Universität Klagenfurt, completed between 2008 and 2011, and a Licentiate degree in Law from the University of Zurich, earned from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, training was received at the Malik Academy.
