Adam Watts has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Adam began their career at Enron in 1996 as a Senior Specialist, where they managed investments and implemented a customized investment reporting tool. Adam then worked at Ernst & Young as a Tax Compliance Manager, overseeing federal tax compliance for BP. Afterward, Adam joined BP as a Financial Analyst, leading economic modeling and forecasting for the GoM Exploration group. Adam also worked closely with the VP of Exploration to provide lease and competitor analysis. Adam then joined CNOOC International as an Advisor, leading economic evaluations and commercial negotiations for international development projects. Their main focus was on offshore Guyana, where significant oil reserves were discovered. Adam later joined Murphy Oil Corporation as a Senior Business Advisor, where they served as the lead economist for the Offshore Development portfolio. Adam built cash flow models and supported business development and exploration groups with economic modeling. Adam then worked at BHP as a Principal Finance Business Partner before joining Pin Oak Group as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Adam currently holds the role of Director of Finance at Pin Oak Group.

Adam Watts earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Adam obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in May 1999.
