Frederico Lacerda

Frederico Lacerda has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Frederico co-founded and served as the CEO of Pin People since 2015. In 2023, they became the Director of the ABRH-SP Tech Community at ABRH-SP.

Frederico was also a founding partner at the 21212 Digital Accelerator, where they played an instrumental role in building the most recognized high impact digital entrepreneurship brand in Latin America. During their time there, they launched and remodeled over 42 web and mobile products, developed an efficient method for analyzing and selecting digital startups, and raised over R$25 million in investments.

Additionally, Frederico worked as a Digital Product Leadership Expert and Professor at Tera, a collective focused on reinventing adult education and providing career opportunities in the tech industry. Frederico also served as a Board Member for the Entrepreneurs' Organization Brasil, helping entrepreneurs learn and grow their businesses.

Earlier in their career, Frederico gained experience as a mentor at Startup Weekend and worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Frederico contributed to various projects of organizational change and international assignments, specializing in talent and organizational performance.

Frederico's work experience also includes roles as the CMO and Consultant/Project Manager at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio, where they were responsible for corporate communications, marketing, and consulting projects. Frederico was also an academic assistant and monitor for Portuguese courses at Colégio pH e Curso pH.

Outside of their professional pursuits, Frederico has a background in swimming and has participated in national and international competitions, including being part of the Brazilian national team in Copa Mercosur. Frederico gained international training and experience during their time with the Florida Swim Team at Jack Nelson Swim Camp.

Frederico Lacerda earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they completed between 2005 and 2008. Frederico further pursued higher education and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2013.
