Isabella Arruda Botelho started their career in 2009 as an HR professional at Whirlpool Corporation. In 2009, they joined Endeavor, where they initially worked in Search&Selection and later in Entrepreneur Services until 2013. In 2014, Isabella founded Pin People, an online platform that combines organizational psychology, technology, and artificial intelligence to help organizations measure, understand, and act on employee experience data. Isabella currently serves as the Founder and CRO of Pin People.
Isabella Arruda Botelho attended Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro from 1992 to 2006, where they obtained their high school diploma and completed the Abitur program. Following that, they enrolled at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
