Katharina Gerigk

Katharina Gerigk has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Katharina is currently working as the Director of Business Development at PiNCAMP I ADAC Camping GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, from September 2021 to January 2023, they worked as a Business Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining PiNCAMP, Katharina worked as the Head of Sales at aveato Catering from April 2018 to August 2021. Katharina also served as the Digital Retail Manager at sigikid H. Scharrer & Koch GmbH & Co.KG from July 2017 to January 2018 and as a Senior Project Manager at Opus Marketing GmbH from February 2017 to June 2017.

Their experience in the tourism industry includes working as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Schmetterling Reisen GmbH & Co KG from April 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at Booking.com, including Area Manager from January 2014 to March 2015 and Senior Account Manager from January 2011 to December 2013.

Katharina also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Manager E-Distribution & Retail and a National Sales Manager at AccorHotels. Katharina served in these roles from July 2007 to December 2010 and from January 2006 to June 2007, respectively. Additionally, they worked as a National Contracting Manager from October 2003 to December 2005 and as an International Sales Coordinator from July 2002 to September 2003 at the same company.

Their earlier work experience includes roles as a Chef de Rang at Dorint Seehotel Überfahrt from May 2001 to June 2002, and at Lausanne Palace from November 2000 to April 2001. Katharina began their career as an apprentice as a hotel expert at Bad Hotel Überlingen from August 1997 to September 2000.

Katharina Gerigk began their education journey by completing their university entrance diploma at Gymnasium Korschenbroich. Following that, they attended Claude-Dornier-Schule Friedrichshafen from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a certification as an International Chamber of Commerce certified Hotel expert. Later on, from 2006 to 2009, Katharina attended IST Studieninstitut Düsseldorf, where they earned another certification as an International Chamber of Commerce certified Specialist for meetings, incentives, fairs, and events. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued their studies at the Coaching Akademie and became a DBVC certified Business Coach. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Katharina studied at ManQ e.K., completing their Master of Business Administration - (IHK) with a focus on Business Administration.
