Soheil Baouji's work experience includes being the Co-founder and VP of Partnerships at Pinch Financial Inc. since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Coordinator at OCASI from April 2016 to May 2021, where they were involved in a 5-year project focusing on settlement agencies and practitioners. Before that, they served as a Senior Researcher at the Canadian Arab Institute from June 2015 to February 2016, where they worked on electoral campaign research and data analysis. Soheil started their career at Havas in May 2008 as an Associate Executive Manager, where they worked until June 2013.
Soheil Baouji pursued their education starting from 1993 to 2009 at Lycée Français de Djeddah, where they obtained a French Baccalaureat - with Mention in the field of Social & Economic Sciences. Soheil then proceeded to the American University of Beirut from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Later on, from 2013 to 2014, they attended the University of Toronto and completed a Master's degree in the field of Political Economy of International development.
