Guido Girasole has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Guido is the Founder & CEO of Pinch food brands since 2023, where they optimize spaces and kitchens for hotels, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets through virtual brands. In 2020, they founded Girasole - Food Consulting, offering smart consulting services for restaurants, hotels, and dark kitchens. Guido also worked as a Master's Degree Trainer at Job Farm and as an Advisor for virtual brands management at Vegery - Veg Delivery. Additionally, Guido served as a Global advisor at AlphaSights, Guidepoint, and Dialectica. Guido was the CEO and Founder of Dakasadelivery.it from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Food and Beverage Consultant at Huobi Mercato Orientale and as an Area/Operations Manager Brand experience Italia at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2018 to 2020.
Guido Girasole's education history is as follows:
In 1997 to 2002, Guido attended Liceo scientifico 'Filolao' Crotone, where they studied subjects such as Math, English, History, and Philosophy. Guido then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Hospitality from Università della Calabria, which they completed between 2002 and 2006.
In 2018, Guido enrolled at ABI INBEV University for a Yellow belt certificate, where they studied Kaizen, PDCA (5 Whys Analysis), and Lean startup methodology. The following year, they attended AB INBEV University and obtained a Green belt certificate in Six Sigma.
Additionally, in February 2022, Guido obtained a certification from the Instituto Cervantes, earning a Cervantes certification.
