Kenneth Lu

Kenneth Lu is a Project Engineer and Senior Building Science Technologist at Pinchin in Canada, specializing in Building Science and Sustainability since June 2021. Kenneth's expertise encompasses property condition assessments, building envelope evaluations, capital planning, and project management, with a strong focus on quality control and health and safety standards. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst for Altus Group, where Kenneth conducted comprehensive building condition assessments for a large-scale project, and as a Project Scientist at S2S Environmental Inc., performing environmental site assessments and property evaluations. Kenneth holds a Building Science Practice Certificate from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
