Shawn Till

Shawn Till brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to his role as CEO of Pinchin, including over a decade as an entrepreneur and founder. Prior to joining Pinchin, he served as EVP and CEO of Bureau Veritas North America, where he led more than 6,500 employees in delivering trusted testing, inspection, and certification services. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from The Wharton School, Shawn combines technical insight with proven business acumen. His leadership style is rooted in empathy, accountability, and a commitment to simplicity.
