Rohit Malik

Rohit Malik is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Business Operations Manager at Pincode since March 2023, where efforts include digitizing merchant catalogs and executing store checks across e-commerce categories. Previously, Rohit held the same title at PhonePe, managing the transition of client accounts and driving digital campaigns post-acquisition of GigIndia. Rohit's earlier role as Operations Manager at GigIndia involved establishing a micro-entrepreneur network and managing various cross-functional teams to enhance business productivity. Rohit also has experience as a Management Trainee at KSH Distriparks and as an Operations Intern at OYO, alongside an industrial project with Nestlé. Rohit holds an MBA in Operations from MAEER's Mitsom College and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Goa University.
