Heather Yohn

Heather Yohn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Pindrop since November 2016, Heather has previously held key roles such as Senior Director and Director of Legal (Products) at SugarCRM, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Lab126. Prior experience includes significant positions at Palm, where roles included Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel, as well as an associate role at DLA Piper and early experience as a Summer Associate and Clerk at Spyrus. Heather holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Portland State University.
