Michael Martinez

Michael Martinez is currently the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Pine Brook Partners. Prior to this, Michael held various legal positions at CCMP Capital Advisors, Latham & Watkins, and Sidley Austin LLP. Michael holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
