Lotsy Simon is the Director of Life Enrichment at Pine Castle, responsible for overseeing the Life Enrichment department, maintaining safety protocols, and collaborating with participants and their families to meet individualized needs. Previously, Lotsy served as a Life Enrichment Supervisor, managing daily operations and ensuring high-quality programming. Experience also includes roles as Assistant Program Director and Lead Sensory Motor Coach at Brain Balance Achievement Centers, where comprehensive training and individualized support were provided to children with developmental differences. Additionally, work as a Transitional Coach at School Based Healthcare Solutions Network involved implementing behavioral health services and providing counseling to students. Lotsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
