Jude Rodrigues da Silva

Jude Rodrigues Da Silva has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jude started their career as an intern at Hotel Quinta do Lago in 2007. Jude then worked as an F&B Assistant at Trump Turnberry, a Luxury Collection Resort, Scotland in 2008. After that, they worked as a Maitre d'hotel at Vale do Lobo in 2009.

In 2010, Jude joined Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons as Guest Relations Manager, where they handled guest queries and managed services efficiently. Jude then worked as an Assistant Manager F&B at Cliveden House in 2015, where they generated revenue and managed food and beverage operations.

In 2016, Jude worked as a Cluster Sales M&E Executive at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, actively up-selling four properties and handling M&E inquiries. Jude later joined Marriott International as a Sales Manager in 2017 and then became an Account Director in 2021, where they proactively solicited and handled sales opportunities and identified new business.

In 2022, Jude joined United Investments Portugal as a Regional Account Director, where they developed and maintained strong relationships with key accounts and supported the company's vision and mission. Jude is currently working at Pine Cliffs Resort as the Complex Director of Sales, overseeing the resort's sales activities and surpassing customer expectations.

Throughout their career, Jude has demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, and customer service, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Jude Rodrigues Da Silva has a diverse education history. In 2003-2008, they completed a licentiate degree in Hotel & Business Management at Universidade do Algarve. From 2016-2018, they obtained a certification in Revenue Management from HOSPA - Hospitality Finance, Revenue & IT. In 2017, they attended Starwood Global Sales Orientations at Marriott International. In 2019-2020, they completed a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. In 2020, they obtained a certificate in SEMrush SEO Toolkit from SEMRUSH Academy. Subsequently, from 2020-2021, they earned a certificate in Revenue Management from ReVworks-U. Jude further enhanced their skills in revenue management in 2021 by obtaining another certificate from ReVworks-U. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a program on The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team from Cegoc - Franklin Covey. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing at IPAM, starting in 2023.
