Micah Howard

Micah Howard is the Director of Pine Cove Chimney Point, where they blend relational ministry with operational leadership to create meaningful experiences for families. They oversee year-round programming, staff development, and guest experiences at the camp, recruiting and training over 100 summer staff members. Previous roles include serving as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and holding a position as Student Body President at Independence High School. Micah is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
