Victoria Harmelink, RN, WCC, RAC-CT, has extensive experience in nursing and clinical coordination, currently serving as the Clinical Services/MDS Coordinator at Pine Haven Christian Communities since November 2012. In this role, Victoria oversees the care coordination of the short-term care unit, focusing on nursing, MDS, and discharge planning, while also acting as the Wound Care Coordinator for the skilled nursing facility (SNF). Prior to this, Victoria was the sole MDS Coordinator at a 50-bed SNF and held positions at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center, including Staff Development Coordinator and Area Nurse Manager for an Alzheimer's/Dementia unit. Victoria began their nursing career as an RN-Charge Nurse-MDS at Plymouth Care Center from 2009 to 2010 and earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lakeshore Technical College between 2003 and 2008.
