Manish Madan

Manish Madan currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President for Growth Hub & Partnerships at Pine Labs since February 2022, previously holding the position of Executive Vice President & Customer Experience. Manish has a strong background in customer service and operational management, with prior leadership roles at Aegon Life from May 2014 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing digital customer service and claims. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at Tata Docomo, where Manish led customer service operations and successfully improved service level agreements. Other roles include management positions at Reliance Communications, Vodafone, Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, and an early role at GENPACT. Manish holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Delhi University and a certificate from INSEAD in Digital Disruption, and has pursued extensive education in hospitality and tourism management.
