Mayank Garg

Mayank Garg is an experienced engineering manager currently at Pine Labs since September 2023. Previously, Mayank served as Engineering Team Lead at Phenom from September 2017 to August 2023, leading a team of over 10 engineers and managing project planning, feature prioritization, and Agile methodologies. Key achievements at Phenom include the development of a Video Assessment Platform and successful post-merger integration with TalentCube. Before that, Mayank was a Technical Lead, where responsibilities included designing a GDPR compliance solution and implementing a candidate scoring system. Mayank co-founded and directed Single Spoon Pvt. Ltd. from May 2016 to May 2017, achieving break-even within a year, and earlier worked as an R&D Engineer at Samsung, focusing on feature phone development and project management. Mayank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering, completed in 2013.
