Rajat Arora

Rajat Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking operations and merchant onboarding, currently serving as Associate Director at Pine Labs since November 2014. In this role, Rajat focuses on operational delivery in banking partnerships, process design, and KYC compliance. Previous positions at Pine Labs include Senior Manager overseeing Banking Operations and Manager responsible for merchant acquiring and customer lifecycle automation. Prior to Pine Labs, Rajat worked at American Express as a Marketing Executive managing recurring billings and customer engagement, and as an Analyst in Merchant Services. Rajat began a career at Bajaj Capital Ltd as a Business Analyst, contributing to process improvements and training sales team members. Rajat holds an Arts degree in English, Economics, and Insurance from Sri Aurobindo College.
