Rajesh Mathai

Rajesh Mathai has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Rajesh currently serves as a Regional Product Lead at Pine Labs, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategy & Operations at SHOPPERR from January 2021 to September 2021.

Rajesh also has a long history with Pine Labs, where they held multiple positions. Rajesh served as Vice President of Product Delivery from April 2017 to January 2021, leading the implementation of innovative value-added service solutions and forging partnerships for acceptance on the merchant network. Before that, they were an Associate Vice President of Product Delivery from April 2015 to April 2017 and a National Manager of Retail Operations from January 2013 to April 2015.

In addition, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Service Delivery Manager from August 2011 to January 2013, focusing on business execution and performance monitoring. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager IT at HDFC Bank from May 2010 to August 2011, overseeing incident and problem management, as well as change and release management for various applications.

Rajesh's early career was with American Express, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Network Consulting from July 2002 to May 2010. In this role, they built and maintained strong relationships with banking partners and successfully negotiated contracts.

Throughout their career, Rajesh has demonstrated expertise in product delivery, strategic planning, operations management, and customer service.

Rajesh Mathai completed their education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in leadership and management for project management practitioners in IT from edX in 2021.
