Shalini Saini

Shalini Saini has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in HR and management. Starting in 2002 as a summer intern at HSBC, they went on to work at GE Capital as an Assistant Manager, leading a team and ensuring the achievement of business targets. Shalini then joined Ernst & Young as a Consultant in their Human Capital practice. In 2007, Shalini joined Bharti Enterprises as a Senior Manager, where they focused on leadership development, talent management, HR skill building programs, and strategic OD and transformational projects. Shalini later worked at Nokia as an HR Lead before moving to Publicis Sapient, where they held the positions of Senior Manager and eventually Director of People Strategy. Currently, Shalini serves as the VP HR at Pine Labs.

Shalini Saini completed their education in a chronological order. Shalini obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PGD PM&IR) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc Hons) in Botany from Delhi University between 1996 and 1999. Shalini's secondary education was completed at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1984 to 1996, where they obtained their 12th grade degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
