Sumit Mittal

Sumit Mittal is an experienced executive in the fintech and payments sector, currently serving as EVP & Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa at Pine Labs since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sumit was the Global Head of Sales for the Payments Business at PayTabs from April 2021 to September 2022, and founded CrestlineBiz Solutions, focusing on innovative solutions in the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets, from January 2018 to April 2021. Sumit’s extensive experience includes over 17 years at Mastercard in various roles, including Senior Business Leader for Merchant Acceptance and Vice President managing Global Accounts, where strategies for revenue growth and market expansion were implemented. Earlier, Sumit started as an Associate Underwriter at GE Capital after completing educational qualifications including an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
