Ronda Provencal

Ronda Provencal is the current Director of Enrollment at Pine Park Health. Ronda has over 20 years of experience in customer service and management. Prior to their current position, Ronda was a Community Liaison for Shores Hospice, a Senior Advisor for Oasis Senior Advisors, and an Accounts Payable Specialist for A.O. Reed & Co. Ronda has also worked as a Food and Beverage Specialist, Event Planner, and Golf Tournament Organizer for the Escondido Country Club. In addition, they are the founder and former president of Operation Thank You, a non-profit organization that benefits veterans returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq. Ronda Provencal is an experienced and dedicated professional who is committed to providing excellent customer service and support.

Ronda Provencal is a sociologist who attended Palomar College for their undergraduate degree and Chipola College for their Liberal Arts and Sciences degree. Ronda then went on to get their LVN at Kaplan University.

Ronda Provencal reports to Suzanne Adatto, COO. They work with Adeel Saleem - Director of Finance, Hilary Fields - Director of Community Partnerships, and Shelby Baldwin - Director, Talent Acquisition.
