James Rose

James Rose is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services. James previously served in the US Army for over six years, holding various positions such as Director, Security Cooperation and International Affairs, and Deputy Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chief of Staff, U.S. Army. In these roles, James was responsible for leading a team of professionals in coordinating and executing U.S. Army international relations and security cooperation activities with partner nations, as well as providing cogent political-military advice and program management oversight on U.S. Army activities in Central and South America.

James Rose has a Master of Science in Military Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies (International Relations) from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Safety Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University.

James Rose works with Harmony Gould - VP, Hospital & Residential Services, Bill Sanders - VP & CMO, and Scott Halstead - VP, Outpatient & Recovery Services. James Rose reports to Mark Eastburg, President & CEO.
