Misael Martinez Vasquez

Misael Martinez Vasquez is a Recreational Therapist for the Lotus Residential Program at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services since October 2023. Misael also serves as the Assistant Track and Field Coach for the throws squad at Calvin University and previously held a similar coaching position at Grand Rapids Christian High School. Prior experience includes roles as a Building Manager and Lab Teaching Assistant at Calvin University, as well as an intern in Recreational Therapy at Samaritas Senior Living. Misael's career began with positions at Kent County and The Salvation Army Kroc Center, focusing on customer service and safety. Misael holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Calvin University, completed in April 2023, and graduated from Calvin Christian High School in 2018.
