Shane Colby currently serves as a Psych Nurse BSN at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services since June 2016, where responsibilities include providing care to individuals with mental health challenges and conducting general physiological assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. In addition, Shane holds the position of Registered Nurse Supervisor and CNA Preceptor at HCR ManorCare, training new certified nursing assistants. Prior to these nursing roles, Shane worked as a Material Handler at Gentex Corporation and as a Grocery Co-Team Leader at Meijer. Shane earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University and an Associate's degree from Grand Rapids Community College.
