Vladimir Lamanov is a seasoned Corporate Legal Counsel specializing in corporate law, intellectual property law, and IT governance with over six years of post-qualification experience in the EU. They currently serve as the Head of Legal at Pine Software, where they manage legal risks and lead a legal team while ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and DORA. Previously, Vladimir has held various corporate legal positions, conducting complex transactions, IP matters, and compliance assessments across multiple organizations. They hold an LL.B and an LL.M in Law and Technology from University of Central Lancashire and Tilburg University, respectively.
