Matt Rosauer

Matt Rosauer is a seasoned professional in the real estate development industry, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Pine Street Group L.L.C. since June 2006. Under Rosauer's leadership, Pine Street Group has focused on developing and managing a diverse array of commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use properties, contributing significantly to the revitalization of downtown Seattle. Prior to this role, Rosauer gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Lease Crutcher Lewis from 1997 to 2006. Educational credentials include participation in the YPO President's Program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
