Andy Zozom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andy began their career as a Consultant at Kurt Salmon from 1990 to 1993. Andy then worked as a Process Improvement Consultant at Sea-Land from 1998 to 1999. Following this, they became a Senior Business Consultant at Royal Caribbean International from 1999 to 2000. Andy then worked as a Program Manager at HomeRelay Communications from 2000 to 2001. In 2003, they joined Mitchell International as a Senior Project Manager until 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they held various roles at Seattle Goodwill Industries, including Director of Process Improvement, Director of Donations and Operational Support, and Senior Director of Business Development & Operational Support. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Operations at Seattle Goodwill Industries until 2017. Currently, Andy is working at Pine Street Inn, where they have held the positions of Vice President for Operations from 2017 to 2019, Senior Vice President for Operations from 2019 to the present, and Chief of Operations and Social Enterprise from 2023 to the present.
Andy Zozom has a strong educational background in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Andy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Virginia Tech from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at North Carolina State University, graduating in 1996. Andy Zozom continued their education at North Carolina State University to earn their Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, which they completed in 1998.
