David Prinzivalli

David Prinzivalli has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. David started their career as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1990 and worked there for thirteen years. David then joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director from 2003 to 2006. After that, they served as the Global Head of Accounting Policy at Nomura for a year. David then worked as a Sr. Vice President at The Blackstone Group from 2007 to 2008. Following this, they were a Principal at Solomonedwardsgroup LLC, where they advised clients on accounting and reporting issues. Currently, they are working at PineBridge Investments as a Managing Director. In this role, they oversee various functions including corporate finance, accounting policy, financial accounting and reporting, client billing, and more. David also provides financial advice to the executive suite and covers different product areas such as private equity, equities, fixed income, and collateralized loan obligations.

David Prinzivalli has completed a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business - Department of Accountancy. David also holds an MBA from Columbia University.
