Ivan Kelly

Ivan Kelly is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Pinecone since January 2023, Ivan has also been an active contributor to The Apache Software Foundation since 2011, holding roles as an Apache ZooKeeper PMC Member and Apache BookKeeper Committer. Previous positions include Sr. Principal Software Engineer at Splunk (2019-2022), Technical Lead at Midokura (2015-2017), and Senior Research Engineer at Yahoo! (2010-2015), among others. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, Ivan has a proven track record in developing innovative solutions and leading engineering teams across various organizations and projects.
