Matt Walter-Connoy, CPA, CA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pinedale Properties Ltd. since February 2017, overseeing financial operations related to a portfolio of over 4,000 rental suites alongside commercial and development properties. In previous roles, Matt held the position of Finance Manager at Northview Apartment REIT, where responsibilities included team building and management of property and revenue accountants for 8,000 residential units in Ontario. Matt's experience also includes roles at True North Apartment REIT, Starlight Investments Ltd., and MaRS Discovery District, focusing on financial reporting, management of ERP system conversions, and compliance with IFRS standards. Matt holds an Honours BBA in Accounting and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
