PINEHURST MEDICAL CLINIC, INC
Matt Bernosky was named Director of Human Resources for the Pinehurst Medical Clinic in March 2016. In this role, he provides executive leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, wellness, learning and development and engagement.
Prior to joining Pinehurst Medical Clinic, he held various roles in Talent Acquisition, Physician Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, along with leading HR operations for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital at OhioHealth. He completed his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University.
In addition, Matt plays an active role in the community as a member of the Moore County Human Resources Executive Association since 2019 and the Moore County Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Task Force since 2020.
