Norberto Rosa

Norberto Rosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial analysis. Currently serving as Inspector General II at Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller since March 2021, Norberto conducts audits, investigations, and consulting projects following rigorous international standards. Previous roles include Senior Auditor at CBIZ MHM, LLC, and a Financial Grant Analyst at ICF, focusing on federal grant management in the transportation sector. Additional senior auditing experience was gained at BDO USA, LLP, and Kevane Grant Thornton, with a diverse industry focus including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, and manufacturing. Norberto also developed foundational skills as a Semi Senior Auditor at Kevane Grant Thornton, starting from 2008. Educationally, Norberto is pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics from Florida Gulf Coast University, following a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico.
