Aubri Shauger-Haley, MBA, MCA, ECMCA, serves as the Economic Development Manager and Business Development Manager for Pinellas County Government since November 2018, also overseeing the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program at Pinellas County Economic Development. Previous experience includes serving as the Minority & Small Special Projects Coordinator and Minority & Small Business Community Coordinator II for Hillsborough County from June 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities involved promoting education programs for disadvantaged businesses and ensuring minority construction compliance. Earlier roles at the City of St. Petersburg from August 2006 to June 2015 included Neighborhood Specialist, Small Business Specialist, and Office System Specialist, focusing on neighborhood empowerment, small business promotion, and administrative support. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
