Kim Jowell

Kim Jowell currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pinellas Education Foundation since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kim Jowell was the Chief Executive Officer of the Hillsborough Education Foundation from March 2017 to September 2023 and held the position of Council Leadership Strategist at Girl Scouts of the USA from January 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included enhancing the capacity of councils for sustainable growth. Kim Jowell also led the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida as Chief Executive Officer from July 2010 to December 2014, managing operations and overseeing a substantial budget. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director of Suncoast Safety Council and Pinellas Village, as well as working as a Victim Advocate at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Kim Jowell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Leo University.
