Phil Cao

Phil Cao has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994. Phil worked as a Systems Engineer at Tech Data from June 1994 to August 1999. From August 1999 to November 2000, they were a Sr. Network Engineer at EDiX. Phil then joined Progressus Therapy, Inc. in November 2002 as a Sr. Systems Engineer until February 2005. Since February 2006, they have been working as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, where they currently hold the position.

Phil Cao completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida State University. Phil attended the university from 1986 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Phil obtained a certification in "Motivating and Engaging Employees" from LinkedIn in December 2021.
