Tom Hartley

Tom Hartley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group Finance Director at Pinewood Technologies since January 2020, Tom previously held the position of CFO at QMS Medicosmetics, where responsibilities included group finance and IT following a significant acquisition. With a strong background as CFO at Primrose Solar Management Ltd., Tom contributed to major investments and successful M&A transactions. Earlier roles include positions at Severn Trent as a Business Auditor and Group Financial Accountant, and PwC as a Senior Associate, where Tom managed audits for diverse clients. Tom's career commenced at E.ON as a Portfolio Management Analyst after completing a Corporate Management Training Program. Tom holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in International Relations and Affairs and a Master of Arts (MA) in History from the University of Cambridge, along with additional credentials from The Open University.
