Emily Badger

Emily Badger serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Pinewood Springs Mental Health & Wellness, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the clinical operations for both inpatient and outpatient programs, along with developing high-quality treatment programs and maintaining a well-trained clinical staff. Previously, Emily Badger worked as a Clinical Services Manager at Pinewood Springs, focusing on similar clinical oversight. Prior to that role, Emily Badger was the Assistant Program Director at Camelot Care Centers from April 2020 to February 2022, assisting in the oversight of the Behavioral Health program and ensuring the embodiment of organizational values in service delivery. Emily Badger holds a Master of Social Work from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Westfield State University.
